As filmmakers, writers and film enthusiasts converge on San Jose for Cinequest 22 we can expect soirees and premieres with the fanfare of Hollywood. But the festival organizers and founders have not forgotten the importance of empowering others with their youth program “Picture the Possibilities.” Which they will unveil Sunday, March 4th.
