Jonathan Gomez, Co-Owner & Founder of Asiel Design

Beginning his career in sourcing and selling Parisian antiques and artifacts, Jonathan honed his sense of style. After assessing a number of events, Jonathan began to notice that local rental and design companies provided faux looking “props” and the events looked generic and uninviting regardless of how much was spent. He determined to develop an unparalleled line of inventory. Paying attention to authentic materials and finishes, he began sourcing and creating both grand design pieces (such as arbors, estate gates, and gazebos) as well as more delicate ornate French-styled wrought iron tables, candelabras, and velvet sofas. Knowing that the layers of design are important, he fills his warehouse shelves with old light bulbs, vintage anatomy books, acrylic pedestals, and an array of design tools. Whether his clients seek luxurious or underground style, he either has it, can create it, or can source it.
