Labs Manager, WeWork Labs
Neda’s love for education led her to the Stanford entrepreneurship ecosystem, where she helped to build and run the Stanford Venture Studio program while working at the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies (CES) at the Graduate School of Business. Neda went on to evolve and expand the StartX accelerator program, where her focus was helping founders maximize their potential through education and strategic relationships. She then went on to become a Partner at Pear VC, where she strived to work with incredible founders coming out of academic programs and to help them disrupt their intended industries. She left the world of Venture Capital to co-found a startup with a mission to help children lead happier and healthier lives, called Ziba Quest that helps children improve their Emotional Intelligence using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy tools and Growth Mindset principles. Neda’s passion for helping entrepreneurs led her to recently join WeWork to run WeWork Labs in San Jose, where she provides customized support to early-stage founders seeking to optimize business growth. WeWork Labs is The We Company’s global innovation platform for early-stage startups and forward-thinking enterprise companies.

Design Manager, Uber
Shane is a Bay Area native with a passion for design and photography. He studied design at San Jose State which led to his career in the tech industry. Starting out as primarily a print designer he then moved into the digital space working for some of the most well known companies in Silicon Valley. Most recently, Shane worked as a designer for Sport Marketing at Oracle and as a Marketing Design Manager at Uber. When Shane is not at work he is probably skating, snowboarding or shooting film photography.

Juan is the founder and CEO of the digital agency, BAUNFIRE. Born in digital, he brings years of experience to the table with an extensive background in UI/UX design, branding, and digital strategy. From startups, to B2B companies, to global consumer brands, Juan and his team are dedicated to helping ambitious brands succeed. Currently, he leads his growing team of creatives, developers, and strategists to build award-winning web platforms and digital campaigns. As for the future, Juan has great ambitions for the agency, which include growing his team of top-tier talent and partnering with the high-profile companies that are driving tech culture forward.

Danny brings 20+ years of interactive and branding experience to his role at WebEnertia as Creative Director. Prior to becoming a Partner at WebEnertia, he worked across various media including advertising, websites, packaging, video, interactive and retail experiences for clients such as Cisco, McAfee, Intel, Facebook, Nvidia and many others . As Creative Director, he oversees the WebEnertia team of innovative designers and developers with his fresh approach to creative thinking as he explores new avenues to deliver successful brand strategy solutions, communications platforms and dynamic user experiences that leverage forefront technologies.

Jaymer has over 16 years of experience leading various product development projects and managing creative teams. His affinity falls in between executing product roadmaps and managing design studios that focus on design thinking to build create innovative solutions that solve complex user problems.
He started his career in product management, then moved into a creative director role after the first iPhone was first introduced. Jaymer has managed a diverse portfolio that includes design and developing startup SAAS products to overseeing large-scale enterprise programs.
His experience as a product manager and as a creative producer lends itself well in breaking down road maps into strategic components and managing teams that execute them. He enjoys coaching and practicing agile and lean UX workflows with teams that adopt them.
Presently, he is a partner and acting CEO at MIGHTY a boutique creative agency focused on branding, digital, and environmental design.
CEO, Coldbrew Creative
Mike Lee is a San Jose native and alumni of San Jose State University. His company, Coldbrew Creative, works with various companies throughout the Bay Area to develop creative avenues that showcase brands through creative, print, and signage. Some of these companies include SJSU, Westfield, Stanford, Twitch.tv, Abbvie, and Cal Berkeley. Outside of work, Mike enjoys live music, video games, and ATVing!

Founder and Cultivator of Content Magazine
Daniel Garcia’s entrepreneur journey began as a fashion photographer in the 1980s. After a decade of running his own photo business, he launched out to begin nonprofit work focusing on the spiritual formation of college students. Feeling a strong leaning to bring his two passions together, being an artist and serving the community, he began Content Magazine. As the Cultivator, Daniel seeks to grow and develop a high quality, well-designed magazine that displays the beauty of life and his hometown. His work with Content Magazine has provided opportunities to work with local clients on branding campaigns as a creative director and client relations manager, as well as being able to represent artists and connect them to clients and local agencies.
